Elsa And Barbie Pregnant BFFs is a new game for girl that will test your skill and creativity. In the first level of the game you have to take care of princess Elsa and Barbie because they are pregnant and they have to stay fit and healthy. You need the mouse in this game to complete your tasks, to take care of Elsa and Barbie. In the first place you have to give them some pills. The pills are on the table in the left side. You have to give one to Barbie and one to Elsa. Then you have to feed the princess and Barbie with some fruits. You can chose a fruit from the bowl and give it to Elsa in the left and then to give another fruit to Barbie in the right. At last you have to put some music to the babies. You will get all the necessary information to complete your goal so you don`t have to worry. Int he second level of the game you have to dress up the future mommies. It is not very simple because you have to chose the perfect clothes to make the girls look beautiful even they have a big belly.
