Elsas Surprise Pregnancy is a nice game for girls in which you have to take care of princess Elsa who is pregnant. It is time for the baby to come and you have to pack Elsa`s things in a bag for the hospital. You have a list with the things you have to find at the bottom of the screen. using the mouse you have yo click on the things you have found in the room: blanket, hat, clothes and so on. In this game you have to help the Elsa with the baby birth in the second level. You will be a doctor and you have to do a caesarean surgery to help the baby come to life. Elsa needs some rest so you have to give her an injection and then to put her to sleep. Then you have to use the medical tools from the left side of to screen to do the surgery. After the baby is out you have to pout him in the right side of the screen and sew to belly of Elsa. In the third level you have to take care of the baby. You will get all the indications required so you don`t have to worry if you don`t know how to play the game. In the last level you have to help princess Elsa recover after the operation.
