Then you will have to consult her heart and her pulse because then you have to make her an anesthesia but be very careful because she is scared and she is crying a lot. After that you can start the surgery and you will have to cut her arm because she needs a rod which will support her broken bone and when her arm will bleed you will have to clean it. Then you will have to mow the place where you cut the arm and when you finish it you will have to pansy the wound and Pinkie Pie will be feeling a little good. She will be thankful because thanks to you she is now fine and her arm don`t hurt her anymore but she will have to stay a little in the hospital because she is under anesthesia effect and she can`t go home alone.
